Matthew Kelley
Mentor in first-generation students and engineering
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Foundation
- Since 1993
- English
For 33 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Matthew
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
