Retired linguistics lecturer

I taught linguistics at Meadowbank State University from 1978 to 2015, and supervised 38 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I fix old bicycles.
What gifts mean to Matthew: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
