Matthew D. Turner

24 years teaching mathematics in Houston

🇺🇸 Houston, Texas, United States
2004 to 2022
English

I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

More about Matthew

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

Subjects taught

Mathematics

What gifts mean to Matthew: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
