Helping people break into software
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Rosewood Foundation
- 2004 to 2025
- English, Spanish
For 21 years I've mentored people in software and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Matthew: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
