Helping people break into software
- 🇺🇸 Reading, Pennsylvania, United States

For eleven years I've mentored people in software and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Matthew: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first software job in 2016. I still have your notes. Thank you again.
