Mentor in careers and leadership
- 🇮🇹 Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy
- Bologna Mentoring Circle
- 1989 to 2004

For 15 years I've mentored people in careers and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Matilde
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
