Matilde Noemi De Angelis
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇹 Latina, Lazio, Italy
- Latina Repairs
- 2008 to 2018
- English, Italian
I've worked in bicycle repair from 2008 to 2018. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 580 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 16 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Matilde: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
