For 38 years I was the Spanish teacher at Baobab Middle School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
