For 18 years I look after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Bordeaux Reading Room.
I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer. A library should feel like a living room.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Mathilde: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
