Mathilda Theresa Becker
25 years teaching English literature in Frankfurt
- 🇩🇪 Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany
- Frankfurt Public School
- 1991 to 2007
- English, German, Spanish
I taught English literature at Frankfurt Public School in Frankfurt from 1991 to 2007. Most days I taught teenagers, and I never once raised my voice.
Over the years I had 290 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mathilda
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
