Helping people break into farming

I'm a mentor in farming. I spent my career as a radio technician and now give some of that back.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mathilda
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
