Mateus Rodrigo Teixeira

Self-taught woodcarving artist

  • 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Old São Paulo Gallery
  • Since 1990
  • Portuguese
I'm a woodcarving artist based in São Paulo. I've been making things since 1990 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives. I also teach a weekly class at Old São Paulo Gallery, which keeps me honest. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Mateus

I've had 7 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
