Mateus Batista

Farmer and teacher of young growers

  • 🇧🇷 Salvador, Bahia, Brazil
  • Little Rosewood Growers Co-op
  • Since 2002
  • English
I farm wheat near Salvador. The land was my family's before me and I hope it will be someone's after me. Weather makes fools of us all, but I'd still rather be out there. I like to keep things simple and honest.

What gifts mean to Mateus: A gift would go toward seed and repairs after a bad season.
