Mateo T. Estrada
Professor of computer science, St. Louis Polytechnic
- 🇺🇸 St. Louis, Missouri, United States
- Since 1981
- English, Spanish
My subject is computer science, and for 45 years I get to share it with undergraduates at St. Louis Polytechnic.
I learn every name in the first week. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Mateo: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
