Mateo N. Bates
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇺🇸 Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
- Since 2011
- English
For 15 years I've mentored people in leadership and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
More about Mateo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
