Mateo M. Macías
Children's librarian in Houston
- 🇺🇸 Houston, Texas, United States
- Rosewood Branch Library
- Since 2000
- English, Spanish, French
For 26 years I look after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Rosewood Branch Library.
I learn every name in the first week. A library should feel like a living room.

What gifts mean to Mateo: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
