I coached cross country at Ciudad de México Swimming Club from 2004 to 2015. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Thank you for stopping by.

You coached me in 2004. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Mississauga.
