For 26 years I ran the martial arts program at Madrid Football Club in Madrid. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mateo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Mateo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
