Mateo G. Ramírez
Spanish and art teacher, Iztapalapa
- 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Iztapalapa Secondary School
- 2016 to 2025
- English
Iztapalapa Secondary School was my second home. I taught Spanish there from 2016 to 2025, mostly Year 7.
Outside the classroom I'm learning the guitar. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mateo
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mateo: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
