Helping people break into farming
- 🇨🇴 Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- Cali Association
- 1998 to 2024
- Spanish
For 26 years I've mentored people in farming and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
