I taught environmental science and music at New Orleans Middle School, New Orleans. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

What gifts mean to Mateo: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me environmental science in 1995 at New Orleans Middle School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.
