Helping people break into leadership
- 🇨🇴 Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia
- Liberty Association
- Since 1999
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 620 people through Liberty Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
