Mateo B. Díaz

Keeper of the rare books

  • 🇪🇸 Móstoles, Madrid, Spain
  • St. Mary's Branch Library
  • 1978 to 2011
  • Spanish
For 33 years I looked after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at St. Mary's Branch Library. I never turned anyone away. A library should feel like a living room. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
