Helping people break into careers
- 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
- Frangipani Association
- 1990 to 2007
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 800 people through Frangipani Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Masud
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Masud: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
