Masud Bappy Pramanik
Master of masonry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India

I've worked in masonry since 2005. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,070 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
