Mason M. Howard
Mentor in leadership and software
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
- Oakwood Foundation
- Since 1981
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 810 people through Oakwood Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
