Mason E. Kelley
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Newcastle upon Tyne, England, United Kingdom
- Newcastle upon Tyne Workshop
- 1985 to 2012
- English
I'm a weaving specialist. If you live around Newcastle upon Tyne, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mason
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Mason: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
