Masaru Toru Shibata
Public speaking mentor, Shinjuku
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Bamboo Community Trust
- 2012 to 2021
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 200 people through Bamboo Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I'm still learning every day.
