Masaru Shota Tanaka

Helping people break into leadership

  • 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
  • Central Foundation
  • Since 2001
  • Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 800 people through Central Foundation. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
