Masaru Eiji Ando
Youth basketball coach and mentor
- 🇯🇵 Kobe, Hyogo, Japan
- Kobe Sports Club
- Since 1985
- Japanese, Spanish
I've coached basketball at Kobe Sports Club since 1985. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Masaru
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
