I've volunteered with Pioneer Mutual Aid from 1987 to 2006. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I never rush a conversation. Small habits keep a team together.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Maryam: A gift would go toward supplies for our weekly sessions.
