Maryam Rasha Youssef

Chemistry teacher at Eastgate Academy, Since 2008

  • 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
  • Eastgate Academy
  • Since 2008
  • English, Arabic
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I play music while people worked.

More about Maryam

If you were in my the final-year class class, you probably remember the surprise birthday cake.

What gifts mean to Maryam: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
