- Beacon Grammar School
- 1983 to 1996

I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 13 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the running club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Maryam
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Maryam: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me special education in 2018 at Beacon Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
