Maryam Afshan Bhatti
Master of painting and decorating, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Hillcrest Shop
- 1990 to 2004
- English, Punjabi
My trade is painting and decorating. I opened my own shop in 1990 in Lahore and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I make terrible puns.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Maryam: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
