Marwan Ibrahim Farouk
Mentor in public speaking and careers
- 🇲🇦 Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco
- Lotus Youth Network
- 1998 to 2017
- English, Arabic
For 19 years I've mentored people in public speaking and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Marwan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Marwan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
