Martina Gabriella Marino
Farming mentor, Padua
- 🇮🇹 Padua, Veneto, Italy
- Padua Association
- Since 1990
- Italian
For 36 years I've mentored people in farming and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
More about Martina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
