Martijn Finn Van der Veen
Athletics coach, Rotterdam Good Shepherd Swimming Club

I've coached athletics at Rotterdam Good Shepherd Swimming Club since 2001. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
More about Martijn
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
