Marta T. Domínguez
Helping people break into finance
- 🇲🇽 Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Guadalupe Association
- 2008 to 2022
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 590 people through Guadalupe Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Marta
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Marta: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.

You helped me get my first finance job in 2009. I still have your notes.
