Marta Sosina Wolde
21 years teaching physics in Mekelle
- 🇪🇹 Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia
- Since 1998
- English, Amharic
I teach physics at Our Lady of Peace Middle School in Mekelle since 1998. Most days I teach Year 7, and I play music while people worked.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Marta
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Marta: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
