Marta R. Velasco
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇲🇽 Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico
- Northside Youth Network
- 1998 to 2017
- Spanish
For 19 years I've mentored people in leadership and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Marta
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
