Helping people break into nursing
- 🇲🇽 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
- Guadalajara Foundation
- 1996 to 2008

For twelve years I've mentored people in nursing and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
