I taught Spanish at Oakwood Grammar School in Buenos Aires from 1987 to 2002. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I played music while people worked.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Marta
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
