Marta E. Sandoval
14 years teaching history in Barcelona
- 🇪🇸 Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
- Victory High School
- 2000 to 2016
- Spanish, French
I taught history at Victory High School in Barcelona from 2000 to 2016. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I learned every name in the first week.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Marta
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Marta: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me history in 2000 at Victory High School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.

You taught me history in 2004 at Victory High School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
