Marta B. Chávez
Volunteer mentor with Cali Community Trust
- 🇨🇴 Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- Cali Community Trust
- Since 2001
- Spanish
For 25 years I've mentored people in careers and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Marta
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Marta: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
