Marlon G. Barrett
Self-taught printmaking artist
- 🇯🇲 Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica
- Old Mandeville Pottery
- Since 2001
- English
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes calligraphy. My first show was in 2001 at Old Mandeville Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I'm always reading two books at once.
