I've volunteered with Meadowbank Community Kitchen since 1984. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 25 people now. Everyone brings something.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Marlene
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
