Marlene Nel
Bass and saxophone teacher
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Maple Ridge Choir
- Since 1982
- English, Zulu
I've played bass since 1982, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 15 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I fix old bicycles.
More about Marlene
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Marlene: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
