I spent nine years as a lecturer in political science at Phoenix College in Berlin. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Marlene: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
