Markus Stein
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇩🇪 Munich, Bavaria, Germany
- Little Munich Works
- 2010 to 2022
- English
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Munich, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I fix old bicycles.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Markus
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Markus: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
