For 30 years I've run the cycling program at Soweto Westbrook Boxing Gym in Soweto. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
More about Mark
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Mark: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
